Our Guide To: Steamboat Rock State park
Steamboat Rock is an all-time favorite in our house…. and by that I mean… our oldest child is partially named after this place. Located on Banks lake, this place takes us back to our roots. Picturesque views, lush green grass, large sites, sandy beaches, warm weather, and the best part of all…… NO CELL SERVICE! Now, that might seem like a down side but, we have come to love this place as a way we truly escape from reality. No distractions and notifications. Only days spent cherishing our family and friends we have brought along for the ride.
Our Guide To: Dosewallips State park
Living in the PNW, Dosewallips is in our own backyard. We love a campsite that is close and full of adventure. Located on the Hood Canal, you can experience the outdoors without leaving the campground… or a quick car ride puts you in the Olympic National Forest with trails, waterfalls, and secrets waiting to be found.
